2020 Annual Tea & Luncheon

Please let us know if you would like to donate your ticket to continue to feed those hungry in our community, exchange for a Fall Fashion Show ticket, or get a refund. The events provide critical funds for services.

Every year volunteers plan a delightful tea and lunch to support the work of Open Door. It's a great time to share with your friends and family. There will be food, crafts and a wonderful keynote speaker.

Join us on May 4th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Client Stories

A mother of two small children was pushed in a wheel chair to Open Door. She was so severely beaten by her husband, she was hospitalized. Still needing additional surgeries, she was released. The stay was so long, her home had been evicted: she lost everything and so did her children. No clothing, toys, household items. Starting again, she came to us for help and direction. With your funds we provided food, clothing, and household items. Her children received clothing, new pajamas, and a few toys too. One of our Resale Volunteer’s heart went out to this young woman, and she used her own funds to gift her several pieces of jewelry to lighten day. These simple acts of kindness brought her to tears of gratitude and the knowledge that someone cared.

Food Pantry

Open Door’s Client-Choice Food Pantry provides food and care items on a monthly basis to qualified income men, women, children and seniors struggling to make ends meet.

Client Services

Open Door Outreach Center's primary mission, in the spirit of interfaith charity, is to provide emergency services of food, clothing and referral information to families in need.

Resale Store

This welcoming stand-alone store provides gently used, clean, in-season clothing and shoes to –extremely low income families and individuals at no cost.
